Attorney Timothy Fitzpatrick was born and raised in Naugatuck, Connecticut. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and his Master’s in Business Administration from Bentley University and later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time in Miami, he was a board member of the Miami Internation Moot Court, where he competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, which is the oldest and largest Moot Court Competition in the world.

In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Fitzpatrick is actively involved in the community and has served as the boys’ varsity basketball coach at Nonnewaug High School for the past five years, winning a Berkshire League Championship in 2024. He was also the boys’ varsity basketball coach for Chase Collegiate School for four years. He was awarded with the NEPSAC Boys Basketball Class D Coach of the year in 2019. He is an active member of the Connecticut Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where he has received award for Community Events of the year, in the years of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2024. He values mentorship, teamwork, and community engagement, principles that guide both his professional and personal life.
